Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses around the globe. We are looking to expand into US Suppliers.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-17 business days for all orders to arrive in the US, Canada and Australia. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take about 2-3 business days. All shipments are tracked. You can then track your order here: Track Your Order

A. You can place an order from USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We have an office in the beautiful country: Austria; Supply Warehouses around the globe; High-Quality Vendor contacts in: China & USA.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. At the moment, we accept PayPal and all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Quick Payment Methods like Apple Pay, ShopPay and Google Pay are also supported.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay any customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 2 pieces. US, CA and AU Customers rarely have to pay Customs or other Duties.
